The size of your house is important as this will determine what solution you need. If your house is 200sqm or less, then extract ventilation would be a viable option. Extract fans are designed to be fitted into wet rooms throughout the home targeting excess moisture and extracting it from the air. However, these fans only concentrate on a single room per fan.
Larger houses would benefit from multiple sources of ventilation, or a centralised unit. If you already have extract fans installed in your kitchen and/or bathroom, then this is a great start. Why do I need ventilation?
